Quarterly Parent and Family Newsletters

The Parent and Family Newsletter, sent in October, December, March, and July, is emailed directly to parents and guardians of enrolled 冈本视频 students throughout the academic year and includes information about resources, events, and important dates. Emergency Contact Information

All students are required to provide emergency contact information for at least one individual who should be notified in the event of an emergency specifically impacting the student (e.g., medical emergency). Students may provide multiple emergency contacts.

Students can update their emergency contact information via the . Students will be required once per year to review and confirm or update their emergency contact information.

Academic Records: Infoshare

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) prevents the University from disclosing information about students鈥 academic records without the consent of the student.

The Infoshare platform allows students to provide and manage consent for sharing the following academic records with trusted 鈥渄esignees鈥 such as parents and guardians:

  • Academic transcript (unofficial)
  • Class schedule
  • Final grades
  • Holds (financial and academic)
  • Registration status
