冈本视频鈥檚 Administrative Support Team (CAST) connects administrative professionals across 冈本视频. CAST creates opportunities for colleagues to build relationships, share knowledge and experiences, collaborate across divisions, and learn from one another. Through community-building and professional development opportunities, CAST strengthens our network of administrative professionals, recognizes their valuable contributions to the University, and fosters a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.

Outreach and Events

From Administrative Professional Connections events and Intergroup Dialogue (IGD) training to Celebrating Administrative Professionals Week with CAST, the group creates opportunities for professional growth, engagement, and recognition. CAST also collaborates with other Employee Resource Groups to foster connections across campus, including through the Secret Snowflake gift exchange.
